About

I’m Sakil Imran Nirjhor, an Education and Development dreamer, someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to positive change, driven by curiosity, creativity, and compassion. With over a decade of professional experience across NGOs, TVET, and formal education sectors, I have led national training programs, authored Ministry-approved education books, and partnered with USAID and the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education to promote inclusive, equitable, and high-impact learning across Bangladesh.

I have written three books: পড়ার সঠিক নিয়ম, পড়া শেখার সঠিক নিয়ম, and লেখার নিয়ম for the Compulsory Primary Education Implementation and Monitoring Unit (CPEIMU) under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. I have also conducted training sessions for CPEIMU officials and primary school headmasters on Global Citizenship, Quality Primary Education, and the effective use of my authored books in classroom practice.

A lifelong learner at heart, I love reading and learning, which naturally led me to writing and creating educational content that inspires others to think deeply, grow continuously, and lead with purpose. Holding a Master’s in Governance and Development Studies and a BSc in Computer Science, I bridge technology, pedagogy, and policy to design data-driven, learner-centered education solutions.

I believe in contributing with empathy, purpose, and measurable impact, not just leading but inspiring collective growth and meaningful change.
